Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After that, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are billed in full. House account members enjoy more flexible terms.
Of course. Once you have ridden with one of our drivers, you can name them in any future booking, subject to their schedule. Many of our members ride with the same chauffeur for years.
Yes, infant, toddler, and booster seats are available at no charge. Note them in the special requests field at booking, or tell our concierge.
Every airport pickup is flight-tracked in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits, at no extra charge for the first sixty minutes after wheels-down. Beyond that, our standard hourly rate applies.
We do. House accounts include monthly invoicing, dedicated account manager, named-driver continuity, and pre-set fares on routes you travel often. Contact our concierge to discuss terms.
A 20% gratuity is included in every fare and goes directly to the chauffeur. Additional gratuity is welcome but never expected.
English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, and Arabic are staffed in-house, twenty-four hours. Translators are available for other languages on request.
